Meet with Contract Administrator for Plan Review. At this time, Homeowner’s make final decisions on colors and materials to be installed in your home.
Receive your custom set of home plans after final drafting is complete.
Your Contract Administrator will notify you when your building permit arrives and when your slab is poured.
You will meet with your dedicated Personal Builder to complete your electrical walkthrough. At this time, final placement of electrical outlets, switches, and fixtures must be decided.
Finalize details of your closing with your lender, your contract administrator will coordinate your closing date.
Complete final home orientation walkthrough with Contract Administrator.
Sit down at your closing and receive your keys!
