If you drive along many of Alachua County’s roads and pay attention to the subdivision and apartment entrance walls, you will see that there are quite a few labeled “A Robinshore Community.” Driving past the lit Robinshore Office sign on Interstate 75 may also spark some curiosity for the average passerby. Ask anyone involved in the building industry, charitable organizations or community activity they would tell you Robinshore is one of the largest and most respected builders in Alachua County.

Robinshore Incorporated is a construction and development company that was founded in 1980 by Tom Robinson. Its beginnings are rooted in multi-family developments such as Spyglass, Lakewood Villas, Huntington Lakes and Lake Crossing to name a few. The company is now focused primarily on home building.  Tom Robinson is Robinshore's Chairman and guiding vision, with Adam Bolton serving as President leading daily operations.

Demonstrating a strong belief in community involvement, both have served the area in numerous ways inside and outside of their industry, including terms as president of the Builders Association of North Central Florida.

From its inception, Robinshore has placed its attention on building homes in neighborhoods that are well designed, and valued by the people that live in them and the community at large.
